What is the white dust coming out of my mushroom?

Mushrooms release spores when they are mature. That is how they continue the life cycle. Suppose you the mushrooms dropping spore harvest as soon as possible. 

What is the white Circle patch on the kit?

The white patch is a filter that allows the mycelium to breathe without other contaminants entering the bag. Even if it grows out of it, there is nothing to be worried about.
